In the unlikely event that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or refund

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Born in Byron does not offer refunds due to change of mind
We can only exchange items for a different size or colour if stock is available
Please contact sales@borninbyron.com with your return query so that our returns team can arrange for your exchange to be processed as soon as possible
For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase. For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Allow 7 days for the exchange to be processed once it has been approved 
Born in Byron thoroughly check all garments before they are sent out, however in case of receiving a faulty garment please email sales@borninbyron.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund or credit note will be issued.

For all swimwear, customers must try items on over undergarments. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or tampered with, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear

Sale items will not be accepted for refund, exchanges are offered only where alternate sizes are available otherwise store credit will be provided

For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on beach pillows. We will offer an exchange on covers only if you feel another design is more suitable. Each pillow is inflated using an electronic pump to ensure there are no punctures before sending

When returning goods, please enclose:
Your receipt
Your goods for return with all tags attached as per original 
Return address information pre-filled on a postal bag and contact

details
Please note: a return address to Born in Byron will be supplied once a return request has been generated and approved

Please note that Born in Byron does not cover the return postage costs, this cost is your own responsibility
Born in Byron is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned 
We recommend using  Registered Post to return garments, and advise that you to take note of your tracking number to follow up in the event that we don't receive your parcel
